- Collection is from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
- Standard compensation for loss/damage is €85.
- It is possible to purchase additional insurance.
- An additional payment may be requested if you incorrectly specified the parameters or weight of the shipment.
Please note that surcharges may apply: If the delivery/pickup address is located in a remote area or in a hard-to-reach region, an additional payment of € 22.00 is applied.
